Maybe it is simple, maybe difficult, but I am a bit afraid to try for myself after it took so long to get back to this point.

Currently I have this, if I understood correctly:

C2 is tensioned manually. C1 is not tensioned (C1 is in a released position, just below the film gate)

The timing wheel looks like this.

Now at this point I could drop in the 1st curtain timing wheel and have the scratches match. But the shutter is still open

There must be again something very simple I am not understanding. Or is this correct now?

Or is this now the T setting on the shutter speed setting knob? With C1 released and C2 tensioned?

I set the upper wheel so the scratches lined up, then tensioned C1 as well. Now the cams are like in your position, but the tensioning wheel doesn't completely line up with the little arm that is supposed to lock on the mirror. Should I try again and get the cams & that little arm lined up at the same time?

I fixed it that the tension wheel is now in position, and all the cams are like in your drawing. What shutter speed should I set the shutter speed selector wheel on for this?

The proper position of the cams to one another makes sure that the position of the curtains is correct (Proper overlaping). That's why we should always mark the position of two corresponding gears, before removing one gear. The speed wheel is another story. See also my disassembly of the Asahiflex here. The operating principle is similiar. I'll try to make some pics...

I had a little test, currently the curtains overlap a bit. 1000, 500, 200 and 100 times at least don't open at all. 25 at least works. Also, my homemade mirror arm spring shot out into orbit when I tested the camera The thing that started this whole adventure. I have to make a new one

Edit: joy was shortlived. It seems to work for a while, then it goes unsynced.
